    1. This document is created on the basis and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 with the purpose to inform you regarding your rights under GDPR legislation.

    2. This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information. It applies to you, in your quality of user of the unblur.media website and/or all related sites, applications, services and tools regardless of how you access or use them (collectively “unblur.media Services”).

      Who is collecting your personal data?

      2.1. Your personal data is collected by PPM Internet Inc., a company incorporated in Belize, legal address: 115 Barrack Road, code 420, Belize, Belize. PPM Internet is entitled to provide you the unblur.media Services, in the conditions stipulated under the Terms of Service and/or other related documents available atwww.unblur.media .

      What data is being collected?

      3.1. When you visit the unblur.media website or use unblur.media Services, we might collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access devices. The information sent to us includes data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers and the type of operating system you’re using, your location, mobile network information, standard web log data and other information. Web log data includes the browser type you’re using and traffic to and from our site. When you visit the unblur.media website or use unblur.media Services, we also collect information about your transactions and your activities.

      3.2. When you sign up to the Platform, we collect: Skype id, email, password –   please be advised that you cannot create your user account without providing this information;

      3.3. If you use unblur.media Services as a member, we will collect:
      • Personal detailed information: Name, email, phone, gender, date of birth, username, IP address, device fingerprints, address and timezone;
        • Financial information, such as the full bank account numbers and/or credit card numbers that you link to your unblur.media account or give us when you use unblur.media Services;
        • In addition:
          • From time to time we might also collect data in order to prove your payments are not fraudulent; in such situation we might require from you: ID copies; copies with your credit card, any other related documents;
            • When you choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Facebook and Twitter), we might receive and collect your personal data available under that social media sites. We will collect such data based on your consent.
              • In order to help protect you from fraud and misuse of your personal information, we may collect information about your use and interaction with our Platform or unblur.media Services. For example, we may evaluate your computer, mobile phone or other access devices to identify any malicious software or activity.
                • We may also collect additional information from or about you in other ways, such as through contact with our customer support team, results when you respond to a survey.
                • 3.4. If you use unblur.media Services as a model, we will collect:

                  • Personal detailed information: Name, email, phone, gender, date of birth, username, IP address, unique identification ID, ID copies, utility bills copies, device fingerprints, address and timezone;
                    • Financial information, such as the full bank account numbers and/or credit card numbers that you link to your unblur.media account or give us when you use unblur.media Services;
                      • Your image, meaning that we will save print screens from your store.
                      • In addition:

                        • When you choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Facebook and Twitter), we might receive and collect your personal data available under that social media sites. We will collect such data based on your consent.
                          • In order to help protect you from fraud and misuse of your personal information, we may collect information about your use and interaction with our Platform or unblur.media Services. For example, we may evaluate your computer, mobile phone or other access devices to identify any malicious software or activity.
                            • We may also collect additional information from or about you in other ways, such as through contact with our customer support team, results when you respond to a survey.
                              • Why the data is being collected? How will the information be used?
                              • 4.1. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your personal information to:
                                • provide unblur.media Services and customer support;
                                • process transactions and send notices about your transactions;
                                • resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
                                • prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our Terms and Conditions and any other related documents available on the website;
                                • 4.2. In some circumstances the data is collected and used in order to comply with legal obligation that we might have (i.e. we might collect personal and financial information for tax and accounting reasons).

                                  4.3. We also collect name and email and on marketing purposes. We will collect such data only if we have your consent. In this respect, from time to time we might deliver to you targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences.

                                  What is the legal basis for processing the data?

                                  5.1. In the situation we collect and process your data for the purposes stipulated under clause. 4.1 above we process your personal data based on GDPR Regulation article 6 paragraph 1, letter b (execution of a contract).

                                  5.2. In the situation we collect and process your data in order to comply with a legal obligation that we have (clause 4.2. above), we will process your personal data based on GDPR Regulation article 6 paragraph 1, letter c.

                                  5.2. We process your name and email, on marketing purposes (clause 4.3. above), based on GDPR Regulation article 6 para. 1, letter a. (based on your consent).  You can withdraw your consent, anytime.

                                  Please be advised that if you do not accept to process your data that we need to process in order to provide you the unblur.media Services, we will not be able to provide you such services.

                                  How long the data will be stored for?

                                  6.1. When we process your data with the purpose to provide you the unblur.media Services (clause 5.1. above) we will store your data as long as we will provide you the unblur.media Services. Therefore, we will delete your personal data at the moment when your user account is deleted (by you or by us), unless we need to keep storing your personal data on the basis of a legal obligation and/or unless we need to retain some personal information from your account to collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Conditions and/or other related documents, or take other actions as required or permitted by law.

                                  6.2. When we process your data on the basis of a legal obligation (clause 5.2. above), the data will be stored for the entire duration required by the law.

                                  6.3. When we process your data on marketing purposes (clause 5.3. above), we will store your data until you withdraw your consent but no more than 10 years. Therefore, we will delete your data: a) at the moment you cancel your consent; and/or b) at the expiration of a 10 years period.

                                  We will delete and/or fully anonymize your date at the end of the storage period.

                                  Where do we store the data?

                                  7.1. The data is stored on cloud, in European Union and United States.

                                  What security measures we have implemented in order to protect the data?

                                  8.1. In order to protect your data, we have implemented security measures in accordance with the applicable laws and the best industry practices. In this respect, we protect your information using physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. We will protect your data for any security incidents, but we cannot guarantee that such incidents cannot occur.

                                  8.2. In case of personal data breach which is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms we will communicate the personal data breach to you, without undue delay.

                                  How we share personal information with other unblur.media users?

                                  9.1. To process your payments, we may share some of your personal information with the person or company that you are paying or that is paying you. Your contact information, date of sign-up, the number of payments you have received from verified unblur.media users, and whether you have verified control of a bank account are provided to other unblur.media users with whom who you transact through unblur.media. In addition, this and other information may also be shared with third parties when you use these third parties to access unblur.media Services. Unless you have agreed to it, these third parties are not allowed to use this information for any purpose other than to enable unblur.media Services.

                                  9.2. If someone is sending you money and enters your email address, Skype ID, other IM ID, we will provide them your registered name so they can verify they are sending the money to the correct account.

                                  9.3. If you are buying goods or services and pay through unblur.media, we may also provide the seller with your shipping and billing address to help complete your transaction. The seller is not allowed to use this information to market their services to you unless you have agreed to it. If an attempt to pay your seller fails or is later invalidated, we may also provide your seller with details of the unsuccessful payment. To facilitate dispute resolution, we may provide a buyer with the seller’s address so that goods can be returned to the seller.

                                  9.4. We work with third parties, including merchants, to enable them to accept or send payments from or to you using unblur.media. In doing so, a third party may share information about you with us, such as your email address or mobile phone number, to inform you that a payment has been sent to you or when you attempt to pay a merchant or third party. We use this information to confirm that you are a unblur.media customer and that unblur.media as a form of payment can be enabled, or to send you notification of payment status. Also, if you request that we validate your status as a unblur.media customer with a third party, we will do so.

                                  9.5. Please note that merchants, sellers, and users you buy from or contract with have their own privacy policies, and although unblur.media’s user agreement does not allow the other transacting party to use this information for anything other than providing unblur.media Services, unblur.media is not responsible for their actions, including their information protection practices.

                                  9.6. Regardless, we will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you using unblur.media, or with the third parties that offer or use unblur.media Services, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to comply with credit card rules, a subpoena, or other legal processes.

                                  How we share personal information with other parties?

                                  10.1. We may share your personal information with:
                                  • Service providers under contract who help with our business operations such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing, and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
                                  • Banking partners as required by credit card association rules for inclusion on their list of terminated merchants (in the event that you meet their criteria which includes having unblur.media close your unblur.media Account due to your breach of the unblur.media Terms and Conditions and/or other related documents).
                                  • Companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by. (If such a combination occurs, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.)
                                  • Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process or requirement applicable to unblur.media or one of its affiliates; when we need to do so to comply with law or credit card rules; or when we believe, in our sole discretion, that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of our Terms and Conditions and/or other related documents.
                                  • Other third parties with your consent or direction to do so.
                                  • 10.2. We will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.

                                    10.3. If you open a unblur.media account directly on a third party website or via a third party application, any information that you enter on that website or application (and not directly on a unblur.media website) will be shared with the owner of the third party website or application. These sites are governed by their own privacy policies and you are encouraged to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information. unblur.media is not responsible for the content or information practices of such third parties.

                                    What rights do you have?

                                    11.1. According to GDPR Regulation, you have the right to:
                                    • information about the processing of your personal data;
                                    • obtain access to the personal data held about you;
                                    • ask for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data to be corrected;
                                    • request that personal data be erased when it’s no longer needed or if processing it is unlawful;
                                    • objectto the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or on grounds relating to your particular situation;
                                    • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in specific cases;
                                    • receive your personal data in a machine-readable format and send it to another controller (‘data portability’);
                                    • request that decisions based on automated processingconcerning you or significantly affecting you and based on your personal data are made by natural persons, not only by computers. You also have the right in this case to express your point of view and to contest the decision.
                                    • 11.2. To exercise your rights, please contact us by email: support@unblur.media We will try to respond to your request as fast as we can, but no later than 1 month since we receive your request.

                                      11.3. We might ask you to provide information to confirm your identity (such as, clicking a verification link, entering a username or password, id copies or others) in order to be able to respond to your request.

                                      11.4. Also, you can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your account and reviewing your account settings and profile. You can close your account through the unblur.media website by sending us a request to close the account (via an email to our Customer Support Team, email:support@unblur.media).

                                      Do we use automated individual decision-making, including profiling?

                                      12.1. No, you will not be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

When you access our website or use unblur.media Services, we (including companies we work with) may place small data files on your computer or other devices. We use these technologies to recognize you as a customer; customize unblur.media Services, content, and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness; help ensure that your account security is not compromised; mitigate risk and prevent fraud, and to promote trust and safety across our sites and unblur.media Services.

                                      13.2. We use both session and persistent Cookies. Session Cookies expire and no longer have any effect when you log out of your account or close your browser. Persistent Cookies remain on your device until you erase them or they expire.
