Starting

1. When will I be able to sell?
You will be able to sell your content strating July 12, 2018.
2. How do I create an account?
Go on www.unblur.media and hit "Sign Up". It's that simple :)
3. Do I need to verify my account?
Yes! In order to sell products on unblur.media, you need to have your account verified. To verify your account, you need to upload your ID and a selfie with your ID in your profile. We do this because we have to know who are our trusted partners.
4. What items can I sell on Unblur?
We'll allow you to sell any product that is legal, such as videos, photos, Skype shows, Snapchat/WhatsApp/Instagram subscriptions, custom videos, or any other products or content you want to sell. This is why we have also created the "Special" category under “Other Items” ;)
5. Who can be a seller?
Anyone with a verified Unblur account can sell - cam models, content producers, studios, porn stars, lingerie producers/models, sex toys producers, etc.

CONTENT

1. What kind of content am I able to sell?
You can sell video & photo sets, access to Kik/Snapchat/Instagram accounts, Skype shows, panties, etc. We are adding new product categories all the time, so if something is missing, let us know!
2. How do I send products to my customers?
For the moment, Unblur.media is just a payment tool. When you sell pre-made content (videos/photos), we send your customers a link where they download the content they bought. For physical products, the customers will be contacting you regarding the delivery details.
3. How do I know how to contact my customers?
Custom Videos/Other Items
After a purchase is made, we send your customers your contact data (the one you provided), and they will contact you regarding the delivery.

Media content
After a purchase is made, we send your customers a link where they can download the content they bought.

Other types of products
Depending on the type of product you upload (physical good, subscriptions or any other) you will provide the necessary contact information for your customers so they can finalize the purchase. The contact info you provide will only be visible to customers who purchased the product.
4. What type of files can I upload?
You can upload any content that respects our internal rules of forbidden content (nudity not necessary). We encourage you creating content that you are comfortable producing.

There is no minimum length of a video and there is no maximum length, just keep in mind the maximum size of each item/file is 5GB.

Media Content - here you will upload pre-made videos and pre-made photo sets. For the videos be sure to choose a video format that is widespread and generally used (.mp4, .avi, .mov, etc). For the photo sets, archive your photos and upload the archive (in formats like .zip or .rar).

Custom Content - here you will be able to promote custom made content, like custom videos or custom photo sets. Once you upload the description, cover photo and price, you will also need to offer a contact information for the customers that will purchase your custom content. Make sure that when the customers contact you, they understand the estimated time of delivery and offer you information regarding the delivery as well.

Other content - here you will be able to promote physical goods, subscriptions to your channels or Social Media accounts or even Skype shows. Once you upload the description, cover photo and price of the item, you will also need to offer a contact information for the customers that will purchase this content. If it is a physical good, make sure that when the customers contact you, they offer information regarding the delivery. The delivery process is completely in the model's responsibility.

Tips - this section is meant to promote tributes so after you upload the name, description, and price for each tip, share the tips links to your loyal fan base and let them spoil you.

For cover photo, you can only upload JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP files.

Other examples of accepted file formats: GIF, PNG, ZIP, RAR, JPG, JPEG, BMP, etc.

We aim at allowing models to be able to sell any file they want to so in case you have an item for sale that you did not manage to upload, just let us know at sell@unblur.media.
5. Full list of forbidden terms
Due to strict regulations imposed by Visa and Mastercard, certain words are forbidden to be used in content titles and descriptions. Violations of this rule by trying to bypass the word filter using special characters (ex.: R*pe instead of Rape) will result in an immediate account suspension.

PAYMENT

1. How often will I be paid?
Payments will be made twice a month: the 1st day of the month and the 15th day of the month. Payments are done on 1st day of the month for sales done in the previous month between 1-15 and on 15th of the month for sales done between 16 and the last day of the previous month. For example on 1st of August you will receive money for sales between 1st -15th July and on 15th of August you will receive money for sales done 16th to 31st July.
2. Which are the minimum and the maximum payout rates?
The default payout rate is 85%. Occasionally, there may be different promotions where a higher payout rate is offered for a limited time.

There will be no extra fees for using Unblur.media. We cover all the costs of running the site, staff, and credit card fees.
3. What is the minimum/maximum price per item?
The minimum price is $5, and the maximum is $400 per item.
4. Which payout methods are available?

4.1 Paxum Wallet
Paxum is a suitable payout method for all non-US countries. It is a well-known option that allows you to receive your money in a wallet and afterward, you can transfer it to a Paxum card or any other credit card.
We reserve a 2$ fee for every Paxum transfer. The minimum balance requested is 40 $.
In order to get paid via Paxum, you will need a valid Paxum account and then add it as your payout method by making a withdrawal request from your SkyPrivate account (by going to Payments -> Withdraw). As soon as we process your payout, we will notify you by email and the money arrives instantly in your Paxum wallet.

4.2 ePayments Wallet - EURO payout only
We are collaborating with ePayments for a long period of time and this payment option is a suitable withdrawal method for you if you are a non-US model/studio. Like Paxum, it allows you to receive your money in a wallet and afterward, you can transfer it to your ePayments card or any other credit card/bank account.
We pay out for free to ePayments wallets, in Euros directly. The minimum balance requested is 40$.
In order to get paid via ePayments, you will need a valid ePayments account and then add it as your payout method by making a withdrawal request from your SkyPrivate account ( by going to Payments -> Withdraw ).
As soon as we process your ePayments payout, we will notify you by email and the money arrives instantly in your ePayments wallet.

4.3 Bitcoin Wallet
The minimum balance requested for a Bitcoin payout is 50 $ and the network fee is supported by unblur.media.
As soon as we process your Bitcoin payout, we will notify you by email and the money arrives instantly in your Bitcoin wallet.
Note: The Bitcoin conversion rate is the daily rate Bitcoin - USD. We do not assume the fluctuations of the Bitcoin between the payout request moment and the day when we will process the withdrawal.

4.4 European Bank Transfer (SEPA) in EUR
For the models and studios located in countries which belong to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), we can wire your earnings to your account in EUR currency. Therefore, you have to own an EUR account opened at a European bank from the European Union.
The minimum balance for a SEPA payment is 100 $ and the fee per each transaction is 0$.
As soon as we issue your SEPA payout, we will notify you by email. It usually takes 2 business days for SEPA transfers to reach your account.

As we work with bank systems, the period of time between the processing date and the payment date is 13-14 days. We are aware that this aspect is very important, thus we continue to make efforts for an earlier payout.
Note: A European transfer (SEPA) is a payment with the following characteristics:
- Payment where both the principal’s account and that of the beneficiary are in one of the 28 EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) or in Norway, Iceland, Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
- The transfer amount must be denominated in euros

4.5 ACH Bank Transfer
If you are an USA resident we have a viable payment option for you. We're able to wire your earnings for free directly to your bank account.
The minimum requested amount for ACH transfer is $100 and the maximum amount that you can request per transaction is 3000$. The fee per transaction is 5$.
As soon as we issue your ACH payout, we will notify you by email.It usually takes 3 business days for ACH transfers to reach your account after we have processed the withdraw.

As we work with bank systems, the period of time between the processing date and the payment date is 13-14 days. We are aware that this aspect is very important, thus we continue to make efforts for an earlier payout.
Note: We cannot accept P.O box addresses when you fill out your banking information. We need the address you have given your bank.

4.6 International Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
If other payment options don’t suit your needs, maybe you can try International Wire transfers. We're able to send money to most countries of the world.
The minimum balance for an International Wire Transfer is 2000 $. The fee per transaction is 50 $.

If you don’t have a USD or EUR account, the money should arrive in your bank account in your local currency. Please ask your bank if they allow transfers from USD/EUR accounts to your local account.
As soon as we process your payout, we will notify you by email. It usually takes 3 - 5 business days for international transfers to reach your account.
As we work with bank systems, the period of time between the request date and the payment date is 13-14 days. We are aware that this aspect is very important, thus we continue to make efforts for an earlier payout.
Note: if your country is part of the European Union, but you don’t have an EUR account, then you will need to opt for International Wire Transfers, not SEPA Transfers.

5. How will my customers pay me?
Customers will pay via credit card.
6. Are chargebacks covered?
Yes, chargebacks are covered by us.
7. How much money can I expect to make on Unblur.media?
Sky's the limit here :) The size of your current fanbase can play an important role, but not all the time!
8. How does Unblur ensure secure transactions?
We have taken several strong security measures to make sure that everyone is safe, whether selling or purchasing content on Unblur.media.

Most important: we never store any credit card data! We encrypt data according to the highest security standards and transmit it to our trusted partner, SecurionPay, which processes the payments. SecurionPay has a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) level 1 - the highest that can be obtained.

Also, following a thorough vetting of our organization, we have Extended Validation SSL Certificates. This means all data is well encrypted on our site and can be confirmed by the following elements in the URL bar at the top of your browser: the "https" mention, the lock & the big green rectangle.
9. How do refunds work?
Unblur.media is just a payment tool, so we don't have control over the quality of the products a seller is commercializing. If there are any problems with a purchase, we recommend the customers discussing the issue with the seller and trying to find a solution.

Unblur can only help with refunds when it comes to cases like fraud, broken file, etc. You can contact us anytime at support@unblur.media.

ACCOUNT

1. What type of accounts can be created?
For the moment, only independent model accounts can be created. Soon, we will also add studio accounts.
2. Account verification - when will my account be verified?
We will verify your account before you start selling. You can add products and prices without your account being verified, but your customers will not be able to access your store until we verify your account.
3. What documents do I need to upload to verify my account?
It's really important for us to know with whom we are working with and who we are paying, because of international legal and financial regulations.
So, the required documents are:
  • ID both sides
  • and a selfie with you holding your ID close to your face.
For the verification is also important to fill in the personal information section from your profile - this is no public information.
4. What information will be public?
When you create your account, you will see two sections: public information and personal information. Only the public information section will be visible to your customers. The personal information section will only be visible to us.
5. How long it takes for my account to be verified?
We commit to having your account approved in 24 to 72 hours. After that, you will be able to start selling. A notification will be sent to you via email as soon as the account is verified. Meanwhile, you can add the content.
6. Is there a fee associated with my Unblur.media account?
No, there is no additional fee that you as a model have to pay.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHARE

1. Will I be able to share my store on social media?
On Twitter, you can either share the link to your store, or the link of the product you wish to sell. This way, your customers can reach your checkout page directly, and you get a fast sale.

1. Is Unblur.media compliant with SESTA/FOSTA regulations?
Yes, we are compliant with all SESTA/FOSTA regulations! We are not an US-based company.

GDPR

1. Is Unblur.media compliant with all GDPR provisions?

TRAFFIC

1. How will I get customers?
The main purpose of Unblur.media is to offer models the best way to monetize their existing fanbase. So we offer you the highest payout rate on the market for your sales. Taking this into consideration, the amount of traffic that we will direct towards your shop is not going to be a big one.
2. Can I block members from specific states, regions, or countries?
For the moment, this option is not available.
